2. Processing, Packing & Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders undergo a 3 to 4 business day processing and packaging period, starting once payment is confirmed. This includes order verification, quality control, and packaging.
The shipping time begins only after this processing period is completed.

3. Additional Shipping Terms
3.1 Change of Delivery Address
We can update the delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
3.2 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is unavailable for these addresses.
3.3 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be canceled and refunded. The rest of the order will be shipped normally.
3.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
3.5 Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

If the customer requests reshipment to the correct address, a reshipping fee will be charged to cover additional shipping and handling costs.

If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, only 50% of the order value will be refunded, in order to cover operational, logistics, and shipping costs already incurred by the company.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment based on the latest updates from the carrier.
5. Duties & Taxes
5.1 Sales Tax
All product prices shown on the website already include applicable sales tax.
5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes are prepaid. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel, the customer must wait until the package is delivered. Once the customer has received the package, they may initiate the return and refund process in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Shipping Insurance & Claims
All parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the courier's declared value.
7.1 Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, you must provide photos of:

Refunds or replacements will only be issued upon receipt of these images and after the courier’s investigation is complete.
7.2 Lost Parcels
If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier after investigation, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
